Our team will be on hand to collect you from the airport and bring you to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. After check-in, time for you to relax or walk around to enjoy the atmosphere of a new land.
In the afternoon, start your first destination on a city discovery trip with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and hear about the man who led Vietnam’s campaign for independence from French colonial rule. Then wander the grounds to see the One Pillar Pagoda and the Presidential Palace. Next, visit an 11th century relic, the Temple of Literature, which was built in homage to the Chinese scholar Confucius. Finish the day with a fun Water Puppet Show – a traditional art performance of Vietnam.
Get ready before 8 AM for a transfer to Ha Long Bay on a 4-hour drive from Hanoi and embark on Sunworld International Harbor for check-in time on the cruise. There, a fine-dining lunch is arranged for you while cruising around the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay, a hidden part of Ha Long Bay. This is a great chance to admire the fascinating formations brought by mother nature.
Save the later afternoon for an absolute exploration of the mystic hidden Thien Canh Son Cave and relaxing on a long sandy beach at Hon Co Island. Over here, feel free to go swimming or kayaking at your own leisure.
In the evening, return to your cabin for refreshing before dinner on board and spend the rest of the pleasant night with your friends and families in the middle of romantic bay.
Take time to let your soul captured in the enormous beauty of the bay with a cup of tea in your hands during breakfast time. Vung Vieng Fishing Village is the very first destination of the day after you take a rustic row-boat. When the activity is over, it’s time for checking out and lunch.
Disembark later in the day and back to Hanoi for flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, be welcomed by your guide and head for Hoi An.
My Son Sanctuary dates from 4th to 14th centuries. It is an important archaeological site of Hindu temples. These temples were built by Cham empire which once was the ruler much of central and southern Vietnam. My Son was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site in 1999.
The afternoon is free to discover at your leisure to discover Hoi An. Forge your steps around to see daily lives with thousands of traditional shops and stores, or immerse yourself in the ancient architecture of a unique riverside town.
Leave Hoi An for a flight to Ho Chi Minh city.
On arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, start a 2-hour trip to Cu Chi Tunnels. This place is a legendary and very important during Vietnam War. Be mesmerized by the immense network of connecting underground tunnels. Watch a brief introductory video and experience the severe by going into the tunnels. Back to Ho Chi Minh for lunch.
The rest of your day is on your own. We highly recommend you visit Ben Thanh market.
Time to relax and figure out Ho Chi Minh City. In the morning, you can stroll along the Tao Dan Park, enjoy the coffee with Saigon style while listening to the history of Vietnam. Immersed yourself in the blooming scene of the flowers market Ho Thi Ky. Visit the sacred Thich Quang Duc Monument – the monk burned himself to protest the against the discrimination of Buddhists. Take a ride through Cho Lon – one of the oldest markets in Saigon to Nhi Phu Temple built by Chinese immigrants.
In the afternoon, continue with the French architecture of General Post Office (GPO) and Notre Dame Cathedral. Admire the magnanimity of Reunification palace where the Vietnam war was officially ended. Drive to Dong Khoi street, see the photo of the helicopter lifting the people out of Saigon in 1975. Discover the must-see sights of HCM City like Opera House, Ho Chi Minh City People Committee, and War Remnants Museum.
After breakfast, leave Ho Chi Minh City for Mekong Delta. During the 1.5 hour drive, pass by green rice fields before arriving at the beautiful rural My Tho. Your morning trip continues from here by motorized boat on the Tien River to the Tortoise Islet. On the way, see the fishing port, boat-building workshops, and the Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn Islet.
Next, walk into the village, where you can visit a local fruit garden and enjoy the tropical fruit while listening to Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by islanders. Here you also can join daily activities of the local people and take in the atmosphere of this beautiful natural countryside. Visit the bee house, and take the picture of the snakes. Lunch will be served right in the heart of the orchard garden.
The boat cruise will lead you through Bao Dinh Canal, entering Ben Tre province — “the land of coconuts.” Here you’ll see a typical agricultural model called “Garden – Pond – Cage,” before visiting the coconut candy-making shop.
Next, enjoy a rowing boat trip on the small canal, fully covered by the shadow of the water coconut’s trees. After your boat ride, relax in a hammock or take a bike ride around the island before farewell time to return Ho Chi Minh City.
Enjoy last moments in Ho Chi Minh City before saying goodbye for a flight to Siem Reap. Here you will witness a different lives and different cultures of Cambodia – a buddism-based country in South-East Asia.
The rest of the day is free at your own leisure to explore Siem Reap.
Start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area. Spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares.
Next off, visit the incredible jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man’s creation, being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature.
